» This pitta has the two-toned supercilium of the race pulih however the breast is more olive than buff and the call was of Green-breasted Pitta to which the bird would only respond. Similar birds have been seen in Korup. Hybrids are well-known and it remains to be seen whether the race pulih should be treated as a 'species' with reichenowi rather than angolensis.
