» A local breeding bird on Tenerife, Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura, and a migrant to the rest of the archipelago. The bird in the image shows intermediate characteristics between a first winter and an adult (following the opinion of Tony Prater, expert in waders), but it seems to be a 1st winter.
