Remarks

» Well-developed chick inside the vegetation, close to flying in a few days. The main breeding period of this species in the Canary archipelago is between February and April (May), but in the eastern islands and islets (Fuerteventura, Lobos, Lanzarote, La Graciosa and Alegranza) it is possible to find nests with eggs from January.
