» Very common in the central and western islands of the Canaries (Gran Canaria, Tenerife, La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro), and a wintering bird (probably breeding occasionally) on Fuerteventura and Lanzarote. The nest of the image had fallen to the floor by wind and it was put in its original site, being accepted again by the breeding pair, that fed the chicks normally.
