» A recent breeder in the Canaries (Tenerife and Gran Canaria), seen also in migration. There is one recent breeding record on Fuerteventura. It is clear that this species is spreading in the archipelago. Sometimes it is possible to see relatively important flocks, of more than 15-20 birds.
