» Some difficulty in identifying this nightjar but pattern of scapulars, lesser coverts and bold spotting below lesser coverts point to Long-tailed Nightjar (female since lesser covert bar is buff not white); however this bird does not exhibit the typically long tail and may be regrowing it after moult/loss...
