About the ABC Forum What are the objectives of this forum? - to provide the capability for interactive discussion on all aspects of birds of the African region; - to provide a facility to document recent sightings and share photos; - to provide help with species identification, travel, taxonomy issues etc; - to be able to incorporate sound, video and new technologies as we move forward; - to build a database of information with comprehensive search capabilities. Who uses this forum? Users of the forum are birdwatchers, ornithologists, researchers and anyone with a general interest in the birds of the African region. We do not believe that there is an equivalent forum dedicated to the birds of all Africa. How do I register? In order to be able to post information on this forum, you will need to register which you can do by clicking ‘login’ on the index page and then ‘click here to register now’. You will be required to enter and submit your e-mail address, username and password as a minimum. Please remember your username and password as you will require these for subsequent logins. How do I post a new topic? Only registered users can do this by going to the forum of interest and clicking on ‘new topic’. You will also be able to post messages against existing topics.
